After a month of replacing old hoses, gaskets, and seals... then hunting down the ones that didn't seal or sprung a leak. Today I found the source of the last dribble. Hose that enters the bottom of the water pump had a weak clamp that would occasionally spring a dribble that the fan would then disperse on to the engine and send me hunting for the source. It is now fixed and no longer leaking.

For the next 15 minutes I can proudly proclaim I have the only Land Rover in North America that doesn't leak! LOL
