found a good deal on a tool kit, and was wondering if a floor hydro jack with a range of 5.25-15.5" would be enough to jack a disco II high enough?

also, anyone have experience with larin impact wrenches? like/dislike.....

maybe but I think you will find it a bit short. I like to have 20" of lift. This jack works well:

You will be able to change the bag out but you may want the extra height for the future if you go to a lift or whatever. For trucks I want as high a lift as I can. Not to mention jacks stands that are high also.
