Jack, Or No Jack?
You wipper snappers have me all sorts of confused.
I'm going to drink my Metamucial and go to bed, Wal-Mart needs me at the door greeting people at 9am.
I better be home in time for my stories and my afternoon nap.

I like it better without the jack but having it mounted on the front bumper is a lot easier access if you need it, especially off-road. Unless you're mounting it there just for looks I would leave it there at the ready.

With the jack... the additional 1mpg you'll get from removing it will be totally wiped out by the extra 3.75 mph you'll be able to get. Just soooo not worth it when you're stuck in a freak snow storm and wish you'd got your jack
Lights... meh... do they light up the road (or preferably the lack of it) in front of the car?
