Default Joined the club - meet Bernice

Hey everyone. I've recently joined the LR club with the purchase of an '04 Discovery. Meet Bernice!

Bernice is a dirty girl

She's been abandoned for over a year. Predictably I couldn't start her. I've replaced the battery so far and my next step is to replace the fluids. This is my first LR but I'm looking forward to tinkering with her. I have a very limited experience working on cars so I'll be scouring this forum a good deal and any advice is much appreciated.

I'd wash it and make sure your shots are up to date

Welcome aboard. Hopefully, it is nothing serious that made the owner leave her there.

Brian.

Nice, welcome to the club. They are awesome cars to own and not so hard to work on. Just remember it's only nuts and bolts!

And quirky electronics that need special diagnostics tools!
