Contrary to what the extended warranty salesman wanted me to believe, my wife's '04 Disco II did NOT have massive failures when the odometer rolled over. Could it be that the tips on this forum have helped prevent that for a little while at least? Thanks guys!

Better find yourself a nice piece of wood and start-a-knock'in!!! About 65 K (ish) mine started lighting up like x-mas. Only broke ONCE in 125,000 which needed a tow, so beats the heck out of my suburban....I say that but now have some ecu issues and the burban still gettin the kids to school! Good luck to you, just take the bulbs out and smile!

117K here, no major problems, except for radiator replaced under warranty at 38K, front driveshaft re-done at 75K and engine top end (heads) at 106K, The rest just standard maintenance. No break-downs. And yes, I believe in knockin-on-the-wood [sm=smiley20.gif]
(ooops, did not mention the headliner and them pesky threesome indicator lights, oh well........)
