If you're ever up here let me know! I'll probably be a bit more settled In a few weeks.
My buddy is an arborist up in the Denver area. If you need one of those, let me know.

Here are a few movies I shot from Estes Park in early 2012

I'm down! Just got back from the rocky mtn park and after almost hitting some elk, then the big horn sheep, and after almost sliding off a hill with the 2wd truck I'm so excited to see some off roading.

And I haven't heard from Disco Mike for awhile. He never chimes in anymore

Don't hit the Elk. They will win hands down.

The ELK will come into Estes Park too. Right into town.
Go to the bar at the Stanley Hotel.
Nice people work there.

You should try Left Hand Canyon trail up outside of Boulder(with a group). I did it with RockOn 4x4 last year. I was the only Rover representing. It is harsh bumpy trail but I Rovered on. I live in Denver. Also check out HighCountry4x4 group on Meetup.com. I am the only Rover guy that comes out there too. We need to show these Jeeps we can roll with them. I will be out later this spring after I fix my 02's and ABS/Brakes. New job has taken all my spare time away.

That trail looks awesome! I'll see about joining the group once I get the rover up here. But ya I'll back you up out there. A buddy with his D1 and me always showed up the socal Xj and jeep groups. They don't know who they're messing with.

Ya doing all the mods to the ABS system is a pain but man when it works its an awesome system! Plus with cdl these things are unstoppable.

FYI

The Lake by the visitors' center can flood across the road at times.

The creek through town will also flood at times.
