Default just a quick what is this wire question

i just repaired my abs module (did the external connection mod). i noticed a connector hanging near the module. I'm not sure it its part of the braking system. i see a clip on the frame where the other end should be. 3 amigos are gone tho!

i just went out to check and it looks like the speed sensor cable meets up with the other passenger side speed sensor cable and head through the firewall. however looked at the passenger side i did see the same unplugged connector. it was very dirty like it has not been plugged in to anything for a long time. i do know that the front wheel abs does work. i live in a snowy area and it gets put to the test alot. any other ideas?

I’ve read here several times that replacement wheel speed sensors are made to be wired directly to the SLABS box, bypassing the disconnected plugs in your pics.
