not a bad idea...i would be curious to see how it comes out. There is a guy on the rangerover.net forums in AUS who made a alluminum thremostat that worked real well. he located the actual valve like in every other car and truck in the world where most are . It was working very well. I said it would be great to make a metal one that you could change the valve to one that matched the climate you where in. IE ,...hotter ...lower opening temputure... But i am not to bright as i own one..
