Default K I'm stumped....

Everytime I turn I get this brutal sound from the front end. Sounds like 2 peices of metal binding together and letting go. Like my wheels are out of alignment and everytime I turn the tires seem to snap back into alignment...Hard to describe. Everything underneath looks good. Jacked it up minor play on the drivers side tire, but sound usually comes from the passenger side. Took it to an alignment shop and they seem stumped too...My tie rod on the steering damper seems to be worn and in need of replacement, ball joints, springs, bushings all look good no play. I'm just flippin stumped! The dude at the alignment shop when he heard the sound he thought the tire was gonna fall off! Anyone else have this problem or any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Pull an oil sample from your front differential.

Have you ever rebuilt or replaced your front drive shaft, how often do you grease all 6 grease fittings?
You may also have a front CV joint failing and or a front diff, so I would suggest you stop driving it ASAP.
