Default Key Code Wrong?

So I'm new here and decided to make an account so I can start addressing some of my Rovers issues personally.

Figured this would be a good place to start considering I can't do anything without my key.

Long story short...
I had my keyfob/key stolen when someone robbed me. Land Rover told me they could make the key, no problem right? After months of them going back and forth, me calling corporate and not getting any calls back from the dealership... I've been told my code isn't compatible with their new machines? Yet the guys working there tell me they program 04 DII's regularly. Corporate told me I would have to get the whole lock system replaced and when I called to get a quote on that nightmare the guy working told me it was an error on Land Rover's part when the car was originally manufactured. He said someone probably just typed the code in wrong... But corporate is still saying that it's not their problem.

Has anyone had this problem before and can anyone help me? My rover is my work truck and this has really put a burden on my life... I love my truck and fully intend to fix it up, but this is a nightmare and a half. I had to "break" in to my car to get my work stuff out through the back window, so now I believe it is superlocked too. LOL. I need a programmed fob and cut key to fix all of this!

Thanks in advance!

if you want to send a picture of your ID and a picture of the registration that shows your name and VIN number, I can get a key cut for you.

Won't I still have to get it programmed? That's what turns off the superlock I believe... the FOB. Unless there's another way.

By unlocking the door with the key it should disable the alarm.
