Default Key fob.

Hello all, how can I tell which mhz key fob my 2000 disco uses? I don’t have my original fob anymore because some idiot I lent it to lost it. Thanks

US Discos use 315Mhz.

Don't the same mistake I did. Bunch of people on ebay say they are selling key fobs for a Disco 2. These are all 433mhz - even if they say they are 315mhz. I went through two ebay purchases and hours of trying to reprogram keys before I realized what happened. The only way to be sure is to look for OEM key transmitter and transfer that to a new key fob. Good luck!

thanks, I'll have to try those. Couldn't hurt to try because apparently the dealership want $300 for a new fob.
