You can get another key cut at a locksmith, although the Disco key is tricky to cut.
You can get another fob from a breaker and program your BCU to accept it with a Nanocom.

Yeah, you don't actually need a keyless entry handset. If there's a good old fashion hardware store near you they may have a key blank in stock. The one I like is the ILCO RV4-P. The ILCO RV4 is the same key but without the plastic head.

Unlike newer vehicles with an RFID chip inside the key, the DII does not require programming for the ILCO keys to work. Programming for DII keys is solely for the keyless entry handset functions to work (lock, unlock).

eBay is usually rife with replacement shells with blank key shanks. Just swap your circuit board into one of them and get a local locksmith to cut the shank from your old key.

New key with working circuit board can be purchased from Lucky 8

Have key cut at hardware store

Rent Nanocom from Extinct to program the remote, information is in sticky section

Atleast here You can get a new microswitch put on the pcb in a pro locksmith shop.
Thats what I did, and bought a few new complete keys at the same time.

He said the circuit board is damaged. One of the buttons is gone from it. He'd need more than the shell and the shank.

You can get kits off Ebay which have a new shell, blade, and 2 new micro switches. I've repaired several and it's not that hard with a steady hand and a soldering iron.

Hey Best. Not for me but for others; can you please share a link to an example of this kit? I poked around on eBay and didn't find what you describe.

While poking around I found full keys (shell, shank and circuit board). Some were labeled 315 MHz and others were labeled 433 MHz. If I recall correctly, the 315 MHz handsets are NAS (North American Standard) and the 433s are ROW (Rest of World). Is that correct?
