Where would I find the knock sensor in the rave manual and has anybody changed theirs on a D2? Is it hard?

just did a search and found it on Repairs 18-2-85

i haven't done it, but doesn't look too bad in the rave manual.

 

Ok I'm dumb for not even thinking about there being a search feature in acrobat. Thanks for the page numbers but it is so confusing, I found one page that was 18-2-85 that had nothing to do with knock sensors and another that showed exactly how to do it. I think I will tackle this in the next couple of days when the temp goes above freezing. I would give my left nut for a nice, large, heated garage.

 

yup, me too. my neighbor, who spends no time at all in her garage, has baseboard heaters in hers. you should've seen the look of envy i had...

 

I want a large garage with a pit (like at the oil and lube places), a computer, heat and a/c, everything on wheels lined against the wall and a big boobed assistant from the netherlands.

 

Why do you think you need to change them, they rarely if ever fail, what fault codes do you have?
