Unhappy Knocking noise from under the car

Hello all, first of all I am not a native English speaker, so forgive me my language mistakes, if any.

In my 2003 D2 td5 there is strange knocking noise when I start driving. After max. 5 minutes it dissapears and never knocks again, until I stop and turn off the car for some time. The knocks can be heard when changing the direction of the ride, when the car tilts sideways, but also couple of knocks when braking. The noise comes most likely from the area of the ACE valve block, but I am not 100% sure. There is no ACE light flashing at all and no leaks.

How to examine each part of ACE system for failures? Thanks for help in advance

I doubt your ACE is the issue, I would look more towards a drive shaft, u-joint or cv joints.

But is it possible that it stops knocking after while? Also how to examine them?

so I doubt it is ace also. but if you want to totally exclude it, go buy a non ace belt and forgo the system for a test run.......though I think it would be a waste.

I would look more at radius arm bushings, watts linkage, and the roll bar and extension joints and bushings.

with the truck parked, can you duplicate the sound by physically rocking it side to side?

No, the sound is only hearable while driving. Will taking out the fuse of ACE let me also check this? Or only the non-ACE belt?

So, I took out fuse #15 from under the hood, and knocking disappeared. I checked this twice, with fuse and without, and taking this fuse helps. (no ace warning lamp lights also - dunno if it should then) What now?

I recorded a video using a phone camera and selfie stick, you can now hear this noise:

A little update - when I unplug the pressure sensor the knocking also disappears (checked this two times). I will take the sensor out someday and check what is going on there. Maybe someone has an idea why this happens?

I would grease the drive shafts just to be safe.
Even if it is not the drive shafts grease will not hurt it.
