Ok, I had some time to get back to the problem. So I connected to the nanocom, and read what the system tells me.

First - ACE was turned off in my ECU. This is why I had no alarming red glowing ACE lights. When turned on, this is what happens: I drive as usualy, I can hear knocking as usualy and than knocking stops as usualy but red ACE warning lamp lights up simultaneously with beeping.

So now, I tried the nanocom ACE testing functions. When pressing on/off buttons for every ACE valve, knocking comes in. I also recorded the ACE reading during a short ride. There is nothing unusual (all ACE system elements working and giving typical values), except nothing special happens, when system starts to report errors. I mean, it just stops working and starts alarming me.

So finally, the knocking noise comes from the valves. Both of them. But what now? Can I replace the valves?

So any progress with that?
