Default Laminate or tempered?

Hello everyone. Is the glass in a 2000 Disco 2 laminate or tempered? I assume the windscreen is laminate, but how about the side, alpine and rear windows? Tempered?

I'm planning to have one of those emergency glass break tools in the truck and wanted to make sure I knew where it would work when used in an emergency.

Thanks!!

All automotive glass is tempered. Windshields are always laminated. Sides, rear, and others; I've never heard of being laminated. Laminated glass is two sheets of glass with a rubber like transparent layer in between. The purpose is to keep the windshield from falling apart if it is cracked or shattered.

Why unfortunate? I believe it’s tempered so that in an accident it will shatter into a million pieces of a size that won’t be very dangerous.

I think he knows that, and learned it the hard way.
