Hi all, first time post here ... I just had a deer vs vehicle collision and the deer came through my rear right cargo glass in my 2001 Discovery II. Any suggestions on how/where to get replacement glass and seals, other than at dealership?

Try roverlandparts.com. They carry lots of used window glass. I've gotten two D1 windows from them that I broke offroading.

 

Do you have full coverage insurance?
Call them.
Otherwise any glass shop can order it and/or install it for you.

 

If you don't have glass coverage then going thru a glass shop to order the glass will be quite expensive as they will charge you at least twice as much just for the glass alone as you would pay by ordering it yourself. I didn't mind getting used glass for my D1 out of a parts dealer. I ordered glass and then had somebody come out to my house and install them both times I had to have it done. The last time was a complete rear window that I had shattered on a branch. I ordered the glass in and had somebody come do it. Compared to the estimates I had gotten from glass shops to order it in and then install it, I saved 60% from what they wanted in their outrageous estimates. Depends on if you have glass coverage or not.
