You are probably right ZGP but I don't have a handle on the freight charges. In UK prices it seems like a bargain as they normally go for circa another £100 more

Oh for sure, makes sense when you're in France! You can get one for much less than that in the states from places like L8

It doesn't mention if the centering ball is greasable. I have bought four form the eBay vendor that has greasable center *****. Wondering if its all that important?

Excuse the greasable and ***** in the same line...

hard to tell from the picture but it does appear to be rather well made. the Cardon appear to be quite a bit more substancial as does the tube
