Haha, Guinness is indeed good for you.. but homebrewing is a lot simpler than you'd think, and the end result is fun and great tasting=] it does take a while but it's not like you twiddle your thumbs and hover over it the whole time. Just get it started, put it in the closet, and maybe change out ice packs near it once or twice a day to regulate the temp. Easy peasy! Easier than the HG job I'm doing... lol
