How do you get in in & out? LOL
-There is a lock that keeps the poles from folding towards the middle.
-Its a sing away mounted winch. I have to haul a 160 pound equipment at my job, sometimes I'm by myself and I need to get it in and out of the Disco.
-In and out the hammock? Just get in and roll out towards the roof rack and not towards the ground. Its much higher on the other side. LOL! Btw, the hammock is very secure and even once youre inside. At first, I thought I will fall to the other side but no matter how you position yourself youll not gonna fall or tip over. Unlike the other hammocks that have wooden sticks at the end, those will flip over and you really need to balance yourself.
Never tried this kind of hammock before until the time it was up on the roof rack installed. I need to try it no matter what. At first I called my daughter to watch me so if I fall, she can call 911, LOL! Man, once youre up inside there, its just you and nature, so relaxing.

Theres plenty room up there. Its just how the picture was taken. You still have all the roof rack floor free. Its advisable that you have a chicken coop flooring so everything will be much easier. Cheers

This will only fit on a Safety Device or Voyager racks. Everything was designed to compensate for the angle of the roof rails and to be able to handle weight and make it secure. Last test my son and I did was a combined weight of 320++ pounds in one double nest hammock. (JUST TO TEST). Its capable near the 400 lb limit of the hammock itself but it was just to test and not recommended to have 2 persons in one hammock that height.
It is very high. You need to know the basic of getting in a hammock, but I did every thing while it was already setup up on the roof. Its secure and stable even on windy day. But yes, like mentioned above, you must need to have a large bladder to hold your pee or pee anywhere you want when its dark. Close windows and sunroof. LOL!
I will shoot video this saturday.

Gerry - that is really amazing! Nice work
What are your plans moving forward? Market this? or sell it to Voyager?
