Default Landy Heats UP like Hell

Heya guyz..this is my first post on this site..im from Bahrain ( Middle East)..i owna Landrover Discovery II 1994 Model

My Problem is that suddenly my car started heating up..the temperature needle went way up till H...i have got it checked by Radiator Specialists..but they cant answer my problem..i have been reading this forum for a long time so i hope that my question will be answered here

Oh and bye the way its a 3.9 Petrol Engine

Do a coolant pressure test to see if you have a coolant leak or failing head gaskets.
Replace the t/stat, make sure you bleed the air from the coolant system.
Check and make sure your main fan is working properly as well as the electric fan in front of your radiator.

yes i have tried changing the Thermostat..also flushed the coolant..what do u meen by "bleed air from the coolant system"..and the main fan is also working

How about your electric fan, is it coming on?
Do you have a plug on the top of your radiator, have you ever removed it then filled your coolant bottle till coolant comes out through the plug hole?

if u are talking about the FAN in the front..then yes it is...as for the plug..i have removed both the plugs (up and down).and then filled the coolant bottle until the water comes out..i have even hosed the entire radiator

Then if you are still getting hot, I would look at a coolant pressure test to see if you are moving into a head gasket issue.
