Angry THE LEAK IS BACK. Need ideas

Okay everyone. So I bought a new lower windshield cowel. That was okay because I needed one anyway...but it didn't fix my problem. I then crawled under the truck and realized my AC drain lines were COMPLETELY clogged. I unclogged them very well and tons of water came out and I thought the problem was fixed. I used the AC a bit from then on and did not notice anything substantial...until today. I got back into my truck after a 15 minute highway drive to the mall. Once I was done at the mall I got back into the truck and it smelled like "WET" and "nasty". I check the passenger floor board and there it is, a big old wet spot about the size of a brand new roll of paper towels in diameter. What could it be? I'll do anything to stop this leak. It is the only thing making me fear driving the truck knowing I cannot use the AC because of a leak. What do you all think?

Best,
Ashtray

Edit: By the way. The AC was NOT on AUTO and it was on recirculate on LO and at 3 bars of power(:::__)

Only 2 things will cause that plugged a/c drains, still or leaking sun roof drain, but that water won't smell like the a/c water will.

It has not rained and I have not washed the truck. I am positive it is the AC. What else can I check that might be disconnected or clogged, Disco Mike?

Have you reamed out the a/c drains with pipe cleaner or some such?
Maybe there is a spider nest or whatever up inside where you cant see/reach with just your hands?
Have you made sure the nipples on the drains do not have any dirt on them?

One of mine looked like a "dirt dauber" wasp had tried to build a mud nest on it, and when I poked this off with a stick I was rewarded with a envigorating shower in my face of scum water. Um, um, um, tasty.

Important point, there are two drains.

They're still called pipe cleaners though now they're mostly used for arts and crafts. Ah the glory days of kindergarten.

Ohh yes I have smoked a pipe and so has my dad. I suppose I'll pick some of these up soon and do a better job on that passenger side drain line.
