Default Leather Seat Damage - Ideas?

Hello,

There's a small hole in my driver's seat and some cracking along the edge by the door:

Any ideas for repair? Prevention?

Thanks!

Could a local upholstery place do something perhaps? Is it easy to remove the seat cover to take to them?

Also check ebay sometimes you can find either entire seats or just the covers.

A buddy of mine owns a small upholstery repair company. He fixed 2 holes in my leather. Took him about an hour and it worked great. Didn't have to remove the seat at all Cost me 50 bucks but that was with the buddy discount

oem seat covers can be found they just take some looking for, i dont see anything there that can easily be fixed with out re-doing the cover.

Or, better yet, start watching the classifides and the salvage yards and find another lower cushion of the same color and just swap out the cushion. By the way you can use a cushion from the passenger side also.
When doing this you will have an exact match and never look back.

once again; Paul Grant say hes been parting them all month, maybe he can help you out.
He not going to ship a seat to canada, but for the right price he would probably ship to a good seat cover (it looks like you only need the botton seat cover). maybe he has one with a ripped upper.

I'm sure he would, for the right price of course! I bet its at least $150.00 to ship a seat... Just because its so awkwardly shaped.
