Honestly I had a hole in my seat just like that. My buddy is part of a franchise called Fibrenew. He put a patch over the hole and fixed it up nice. couldn`t even tell afterwards. I would call around to any local auto upholsterers and see what they say.

 

You don't have to remove the cover, it is pretty cheap to ship the whole lower cushion and just swap it out.

 

Forget my info. My hole wasn't on the perforated part of the seat.

 

So what's the going price for a bottom seat cushion for a '99 DII?

 

$50, give or take.
