Default LHD Passenger seat questions... Well kind of a RHD question

My girlfriend HATES with a capital H riding in the disco for more then 5 miles. She has a bad back and it aggravates the hell out of it.

Since the Disco is the truck we take on all our road expeditions, this does not make for a good combo. She asked for a new seat... I told her I was just going to invest $2 in a good set of ear plugs

Anyway... I'm wondering....
Since the drivers seat on a NAS has all the up/down/tilt/lumbar controls on the left seat. I'm wondering if a RHD has the same setup?

Does the passenger seat in a NAS vehicle have all the same motors as the RHD model, and just need a new control panel? Or is it a completely different seat and controls.

If the latter, does anyone know a source for a full motion right hand seat?

Did she stick her nail file into your leg?

I was wondering the same thing. My wife does not mind it, but my Jaguar had adjustments on both sides, and it would be nice here too.

Sooo.... my 1999 had 8 way seats on both sides, but my 2003 only had a 4 way seat on the passenger side. I always thought, while I owned it, that it was because it was a base S model, and the 1999 was the highline. It turns that, since then, I heard other people complain about this on 2003-2004 discos, even with higher trim levels.

I'm not sure if they frames are the same, but if they are, maybe you could get a 1999 or 2000 passenger's seat and swap your interior pieces too it?

I have a '99, and have the same adjustment on both seats FWIW.
