Probably a good way to go. A double-double cardon driveshaft (or maybe just stock style of the correct length?) might take care of the vibration, but the radius arms (or maybe just bushings?) will bring the caster back in spec, and it should drive a little better.

I'm not speaking from experience here.... but might be soon... I just got my 3" lift in the mail today!

Go measure your lift by running a tape from the ground to the center of your lower wheel well molding both front and rear and tell us how tall it is, also, what size tires are you running? Chance are a double double cardon would be a waste of your time and money.

I have decided to go with the offset radius arms to correct my pinion angle and hopefully alleviate my problem. Any suggestions on where to pick a nice set of these? I have looked at the QT's, Terrafirma's and the RTE's. As far as my driveshaft goes, it has recently been rebuilt with quality USA parts so I'll leave it alone for now. Thanks again for all the input.

The QT seem pretty expensive. I don't know if terrafirma makes them for the D2 yet, I've only seen the d1 arms advertised. It looks like the RTE are custom for however much lift you have, but I might be misreading their website.

Are you in the market to just spend money foolishly or what?
I sent you a replay, you haven't haven't replied to my question which could help find your noise. By the way, radius arms, adjusted or not will not cause or fix a noise.

Mike, I measure 39" front and rear. My tire size, as I mentioned earlier, is 265-70-18. (Nitto Terra Grappler ATs). Are you suggesting my issue might not be related to my pinion angle/caster?

Your vibration is a classic to much lift for the driveline symptom.
The noise is probably the u-joints being overstressed.
I dont know how a body lift can make noise since there are no moving parts unless it is loose.

39" is quite high. Most folks ith a 3" lift are in the 36" range.

Agreed. I just installed a 3 inch lift today, and I measured 36" in the back and about 35.5 in the front, with stock sized tires all the way around. Which was about 4 inches above the stock springs, but I've also got a bumper and winch.
