The noise is probably the u-joints being overstressed.
I dont know how a body lift can make noise since there are no moving parts unless it is loose.
Spike, I agree that the angle is probably too severe for my u-joints. I have no body lift, only suspension, and the noise is definitely coming from my driveline. Question is, how do I correct the problem???

I just confirmed these measurements, 39" front and rear to the middle of the fender flare, 38" to the bottom of it. Maybe this is due to the larger than stock tire size?

That sounds about right I suppose. I was measuring the the bottom of the flare, at the highest point. So if you've got 32" tires, that would put you 1.5" taller than my stock tires... gets pretty close to the numbers I've got.

Is your front driveshaft hitting the crossmember?

The tires actually measure closer to 32.5". I've still got clearance between the shaft and the crossmember.

I thought you said you did a 1.5" suspension lift and another 1.5" body lift, sorry, my mistake.
You need to correct your angles, that simple.
I do not know if radius arms will do the trick or if you need to actually adjust the axles or what.
I can tell you this, order a new flex coupler because you are going to need it sooner than later.

You went with a 3" HD lift didnt you? And you dont have any extra weight on your truck do you?

The coil springs are a 1.6" HD unit, so they might actually net over 2" of lift because I don't have any heavy accessories. The rest of the lift comes in the form of 1.5" aluminum spacers. No need for the flex coupler as I've already converted to the u joint style shaft in the rear. I will start a new thread to address my angle problem.

Ok, so the spacers is where I got the body lift from.

he used 1.5 inch spring spacers along with the 1.6 lifted springs, no body lift.

Exactly. SPRING spacers. Sorry, should have been more specific.

If you measure the height from the center of the wheel hub to the bottom of the fender flare it will give you an accurate height without considering the tire diameter. I have stock springs and mine measures 19 inches both front and rear.
