are you replacing your springs and shocks as well? If not and they are old/stock putting your truck up on spacers is not the best idea. If you go new springs and shocks you will be in effect raising your truck 1.5-2. inches due to the old stuff sagging. you ride will be better, and safer.

you would be missing out on the ride quality, travel, rating of new springs.

$499 gets you new shocks AND springs, that will last you much longer than your current setup. If you lift a truck without putting longer shocks on you're going to destroy the shocks.

If you instal new shocks without new springs on these very heavy trucks you will prematurely wear out your new shocks.

Spend the money and get OME. Mine has the 2" springs and shocks. Rides better than stock and just enough lift. One note is that 265 BFG tires do rub at full lock sometimes if the truck is not completely level.

$788 is a bit higher than $500 though. Though OME's are great, they are expensive for not being worth $300 more than Terrafirmas.
