lift questions
If you just get the RTE springs and shocks the cost is going to be nearly the same as the OME. When you get into all the front and rear arms and stuff like that to get the insane amount of articulation does the price jump up to around $1300.
Yes you can fit 33x12.5. But those are a bit wide for a rover. This isn't a jeep. What are you planning on doing with the rover?
Another thing that hasn't been brought up is your tire size?
First, what year is the truck? Going to that size range means new diffs to correct your weak spider gear issue, once you start then there are axles, 4:11's to off set the power loss of the big tires and lockers, APX. $3500
That being said, how serious are you? You live in Florida, where all you have is mud, no need for a lot of wheel articulation.
There is cool looking and COOL LOOKING, which can you afford and or need??????????

i have a 1999 d2 and there is a bunch off places to go muding and trails in ****. I think i am going to do a 2 inch ome and 32x11.50x16 bfg km2 do u really need to regear and beef up the diffs everyone on here said to just get a front drive shalf that is greaseable. Then ur good to go.
on that lift the stock diffs and axle shafts will do just fine. Even a stock D2 needs to have the front driveshaft rebuilt though, they can fail and slap a nice hole in your transmission. Any driveline shop can do it, shouldn't cost more than $200.
