Default Limp mode 2003 Disco

I have a Disco with 168k. Runs in first gear. What do I need to do first to get it running. Codes are: po103, po112, and p1884. I see info on here about neutral safety switch being the culprit of limp mode. Here is a picture of the dash lights. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You mean it will not shift out of first gear? Why do you think it's in limp mode, is the M/S light on (can't tell)? I think limp mode holds 3rd gear, not 1st.

My first concern would be the oil light at 600 revs.

Yes, the M/S lights are flashing. Are you thinking head gasket with oil? It will not shift out of first gear. I have no idea of why bc we bought at auction bc we liked it- and thought it would be great for the beach trips, if I can get it running...

You may in fact need HGs, but not thinking that just yet. I would first find out why you have low oil pressure. How does the engine sound?

Sounds rough when started...think it may have exhaust leak. Then it settles down.

Got it on ramps today. Got the two bolts off on the neutral safety switch but their must be a third one (top)? Bout 25 degrees today. Can't feel my hands. I see mine has the tan plastic cover. Original equipment? I think I will tow to shop and get the switch removed so I can clean and re-install it. Any thoughts. A pic I took of it.

If you can see the gears change on the dash display above first gear, the would be the first sign it is not the XYZ switch.

We're thinking you need to prioritize your repairs in order to spend time and money most effectively.
The engine has priority over the transmission.
The rotating portion of the engine has priority over the valve train, then the fuel system, then ignition.
For the sake of your discretionary spending, do a compression check and figure out that oil pressure problem! You can't begin to chase down codes unless air, fuel, and spark are fully operational.
