In line thermostat mod
#11
I have the soft spring 180 in original configuration and it does pretty well to a point.
Normally 180 to 190 but once the daily temps here start hitting 110-115 daily Ac is deff required and my temps bounce from 185 ish driving to 210 at long lights.
Out at the lake/river when its 120, I have to hold the rpm high to keep under 200 210. But I feel it would keep rising.
Hoping a inline mod just kinda smooths out the temp swings.
My condenser fan motor, radiator, water pump, dorman fan, hayden severe duty fan clutch, coolant with water wetter will all be new once the rad and water pump show up.
All shrouds in place
If temps are still hitting 210 ill just live with it.
Orrr toss an auxiliary heater core in the heat loop with a fan on a temp switch somewhere.
Really need to stay cooler on super slow rocky type trails.
i like wheelin in summer.
