Did you use a new factory clutch assembly?

Call Atlantic British and see what they say. Tell them it is hanging.

I agree. Most aftermarket clutches are not equal to a factory unit and thus are not as good or can be noisy.

I purchased the same fan and clutch kit... I noticed the load roar. I wasn't sure if I had installed it right, but I think there is only one way to put that on there. Anyway, the roar seemed to lessen after a while. With these points in mind, I'll probably put a factory in next time. At 90k I'm going to replace it with a stock clutch, and keep the fan.

El Gallo, how stiff is that fan when you turn it? I'm not sure how stiff it is supposed to be and I'm wondering if mine is on right or operating correctly.
