Default a little help Identifying lines & hoses

while working on my truck last weekend I found a few lines and hoses that were disconnect before I did the heads gaskets and timing cover.
2.jpg is a hard plastic line running over the master toword the coil pak but has nothing connented to it?
1. jpg is a broken vacuum hose connected to a canister(???) on the inner fender below the cooling recovery tank?
3.jpg was a victim of my quarts work light, can I cut it a spice in a piece of vacuun line or head to the dealer?
downsize (3) is a plug that I found on the left fender well to the rear of the washer bottle.
Before the work last weekend the only thing I think was not working was the cruise. So i'm assuming one of the might effect that,
but I'm not sure i've only had the truck 6-weeks or so.

#2: you have some breather hoses back there, one for the tranny and one for the transfer case. The end with a candy cane bend.
#3: brake vacuum pipe, I guess cut it and patch it with some vacuum hose.
#1: can't figure this one, where does it go?

#1 looks like windshield washer line. Connects to nipple on underside of hood.

Default not window washer

the nipple for the windsheild washer is on the right side next to the brake booster, unless this is for the rear washer
