My D2 is in the body shop now getting some minor work done after being challenged by a pedestrian. Drivers side fender and bonnet are being painted.

What I've run into is an extreme lack of information on what the correct part is for the fender badging on my 2003 SE7. The part that is currently on the vehicle is what is pictured in the first attachment (not my photo sorry if it's out of focus). A more tape/vinyl like badge that is placed below the side turn indicator lamp.

What we received from Land Rover was a part that is more of a smaller hard plastic logo that is to be placed above the side turn indicator lamp, the second attachment.

I've sent back the smaller plastic logo because I don't like it and don't want to have to pay extra to have it match on the other side (I'd rather just take it off and have no logo if that's what it comes to).

Does anyone know of the correct part number or know where I could order that part? I'm thinking at this point I'm going to have to get something custom made if I want it to be closer to original. Thanks for the help.

I think the raised lettering was only on the '04's. I could be mistaken but I just stripped an '03 and it had decals. I have a bag of the raised letters saved from an '04 I parted awhile back.

 

Paul, Do you have the SE7 raised letters? If so what is price shipped to 78620?
I have an 03, and PO had removed the lettering, and I got a new one for the drivers side, and need one for the passenger side. They only had 1 and it is the raised lettering.

edit: I reread your post and saw yours are the raised letters, I need only one, but will purchase both if you don't want to sell only 1.

 

I doubt that I have an SE7 badge. I'm pretty sure I only saved the Land Rover and Discovery letters off the '04. I'll check later today if I have a chance and get back to you.
