looking for the diagnostic socket

I just picked up a code scanner and wanted to try it on the '04 Disco, where the heck is that thing? I found it easily on the '98 and '06 Veedubs but no luck on the Rover..

On my 2000 and 2001 it is under the steering wheel just where the kickplate (that hides the fuse box) ends.
