Exclamation Losing Coolant.

I have 02 DII. We pulled into drive way this afternoon and it suddenly started to spray coolant. When I crawled under to see where it was leaking I saw steam coming from the lower right side front of the engine (facing the motor from the front), it appears to be coming from just above the oil pan near the bottom of the water pump/timing chain cover. I don't see any water lines in the area. Please any ideals? Thanks!

Sounds like you may have blown a water pump, how mechanical are you?

You need to wash off the area with a garden hose and then have the wife start it while you identify the exact location of leak sounds like a water pump, there is a hole on bottom side of water pump if that is where its coming from it needs to be replaced go for a water pump with the larger brass impeller for better coolant movement.
