Does it only happen up hill or anytime you rev down, slow slightly, then rev up?
Mine does this and its play in the front diff.
Parked, Hand Brake on, foot brake on.
Does it make the same sound but lighter if you go from park to Drive, to Reverse?

Sorry for my late response.

It does not happen every time. I have a slight noise when shifting from Drive to Reverse but very light sound it feels normal.

In general this noise happens once in a while basically, feels like coming from my feet but kind of after heavy traffic or long drives.
