Default Loss of Power / Vibrations Disco II 99 175K

I was having a misfire in cylinder #6. The ignition wires were replaced, valve cover, gaskets, and new spark plugs.

I am now feeling shaking in the motor at 2000 rpm and a loss of power while driving. Any ideas of what might be happening?

Yes, and it flashes when I'm experiencing power loss.

The flashing check engine light meas a catalyst damaging engine misfire. Get the codes checked at a local auto parts store that offers free code checking. Do not let them diagnose it for you, but just write down the Pxxxx numbers down, and post them here. We can offer better diagnosis than the auto parts store employees.

Get this done as soon as possible, because continued driving with the flashing check engine light, might necessitate a new catalytic converter from the raw fuel being dumped into it.
