Default Lost battery power after collision

I have a 2000 discovery 2. I was in a front end collision that only did cosmetic damage but I lost all power. Is there some type of safety switch that I need to reset to get my power back

Check the inertia switch. It's on the firewall in the engine compartment on the passenger side. I'd also check your battery contacts and ground points for the battery, alternator, and fusebox - not sure if the intertia switch actually kills the entire truck, I thought it was just the IDM (intelligent driver module), which cuts off fuel.
