Default Lost key

Where can I get a new key made? I have misplaced m keys and do not have a spare. I live in Panama City Beach, fl. I was told by several locksmiths they couldnt do it by VIN.

Please help!

If nothing else the stealership can have a key cut, but if I remember correctly from a decade ago, it is laser cut and costs a small fortune.

I second that. Pretty sure the dealership is the only avenue. Mobile AL is probably the closest one to you.

Our dealer does them for $20-$25. Only bummer is if the door lock and ignition has been changed.

You can anyways eBay a used ignition and driver handle w/keys. I saw plenty sets when I was looking for a be ignition set.

Hi David,

I had this happen to me. If the ignition block has not been replaced you should call your closet dealership to ask for your MHZ number and your car's ignition key code. I had to provide a notarized proof of ownership form plus other forms of identification to them before they released the codes to me. I used the codes to buy my keys from Remote Key Ltd. They provide you with a fob plus when I asked they threw in a second spare key for free. Very fast, excellent customer service overall.
