Sounds like my power steering pump but I have power steering. When I turn the wheels the noise quits or stops for a few seconds. Any thoughts?

 

Can you record with your phone and post here? One person's Rattle might be another person's Wobble. It's hard to tell without hearing it.

Does your power steering leak?

 

Come to find out a bolt had fallen out of the power steering pulley and I was about to lose the pulley. Wished I would have pulled the pulley earlier. Ordered a new pulley and I need to get replacement bolts and then I will wait for the next thing to go out. Thanks for the reply
