Were you having the low idle problem before you changed out your plugs and wires? Do you have any codes? What year is your truck? How many miles? What kind of plug/wires did you use?
Need more info to go on.....

The Low RPM's started 2 days after I changed the plugs and wires no issues with low idle before. I replaced the plugs and wires because of a misfire on 1 4 and 6 which the plugs and wires sloved. I put in Bosch platinum 4s and omnispark wires. It is a 2003 with 89,000 miles. It drives out fine after I get on the gas.
Hopefully somebody will correct me if I'm way off, but since everyone else is silent so far, I'll do my best to help...
Assuming, you aren't getting any codes, and your air filter is nice and clean, my guesses, based on your descriptions are that it's one of the following....
MAF --> Land Rover Fuel System Parts | Mass Air Flow Sensor
TPS --> Land Rover Fuel System Parts | Potentiometer - BOSCH Injection
Crankshaft Sensor --> Land Rover - Parts, Accessories and Information
