Default Low rpm chatter

Ok finally pulled the trigger on a 2002 disco 2 80k on the car but land rover replaced engine at 63k due to a factory issue. Runs like a top at medium to high speed but I am getting a bit of a chattering sound at very low 750 or so (idling in park or in drive or reverse gear with foot on break or just accelerating, also when the AC is turned on when idling) and when accelerating at the bottom of the tach. Newbie to these babies so is this normal or is there something I need to get checked when I get it serviced next week? (timing, wires etc. ) this thing runs like a dream at medium to high speeds. No leaks of any kind currently- the guy I bought it from said there was a small coolant leak that was fixed and was apparently a loose clamp- engine runs normal temp now with no other issues.

Thanks everyone

2002 Disco II (80 k on vehicle with 18k on the land rover installed engine).
