Let's be clear about this,

I have not said anything bad about the product.

I have not said anything negative about LRsilver2001.

I have simply stated that my business experience with another person representing ProShaft llc. was not a positive one any other perspective buyers have the right to be aware of this. Every one of us here has given good and bad referrals to other people.

Also, I will not engage with anyone who tries to banter back and forth in name calling or any other personal attacks.

I believe I threw around the word "unprofessional" a few times and was given the evil eye for doing so.

Of the happy users of LR2001SILVER's driveshaft, I have a couple questions.
1) How long has the shaft been installed for?
2) How much wheeling have you done with it?

I feel both these questions and their answers are very relevant to put perspective on positive/negative feedback.

I suspect that the comment about calling you names was a joke.

As for your post, and bad experience, employees take their attitude from the owner/manager/etc.
If they aren't then need educated or to be shown the door.
Again, it's attention to detail, not just in the actual product but in the overall customer experience.

Antichrist-

I believe you are right in saying the comment was a joke but others (whom have already gone to far with certain comments) may not see it as that so I just want to be clear on my stance to those types of comments.

Since my comment here the other partner who I delt with has apologized for the way they went about things yesterday and has acknowledged that they need to do some more "damage control" from what has been said in other threads previously.

This, to me does show some good faith and that they are learning from their mistakes. A lot of companies out there just don't care.

It's unfortunate that this happened as it put a sour taste in my mouth and if they don't learn from it then it will continue to happen... or they will have to stop selling the product themselves and only sell to retailers.

Being the author of the nasty names statement, it was a joke which I thought was pretty clear but I'll admit that some things I write or say aren't as clear as I think they are. In case no one has seen posts from me before, they typically include something that isn't serious. If a reader is unsure whether I'm serious about any such statements, a quick check of my avatar should clear things up.

Glad to hear they got back to you. Like I said, they seem like a decent bunch of guys that are still figuring things out. Sounds like they are heading in the right direction.
