LS1 in D2....?
No idea if this thread has been beaten to death but I wanted to put this out there.
Found this company who has EFI carb replacements and stand alone ECU systems.
Go EFI Kits ? FiTech Fuel Injection
Does anyone know if an LS1 will mate to our D2 transmissions?:

A company in Australia makes bellhous8ng adapters. There's also a company somewhere in the Midwest that does the swap for somewhere in the ballpark of $10k and retains full functionality of the LR electronics.
