They do have problems! But they can be solved and made to last! The original 3.5 v8 was designed for the rover p5 built in the 60's!

 

At first I was thinking an LS1 then found out that the RV8 was not too far from the design of the LS1! Also I am not in need of a huge amount of power but it will have more than enough torque! Plus no hassle's of adapters and swapping! Engine should have about 315hp and around 350-375 ft-lbs at 2500-2700!
