Default LT230 Flange Self Locking Nyloc Nuts

Hi

LT230SE Transfer gearbox

Does anyone know the thread size/type of the output flanges shafts, thread sizes of the front and rear output shafts and also the AF metric spanner size/socket size needed.

Many thanks

9/16 open end wrench/socket works best for me without rounding off the nuts. As far as the thread I'm not sure. On the last D2 I worked on the bolts on the front flange were totally trashed so I removed the giant C-Clip and replaced the bolts and nuts completely.

1. M20, IDK the pitch. Same NyLoc Nut front/rear Part #: NY120041L
2. NyLoc Nuts are the same front/rear Part #NZ606041L > 3/8" UNF
3. Spanner is 9/16", I find an open end/box wrench to work well too. The "prop shaft tool" can also be useful.

Thanks you guys, it's the M20 shaft bolt I am interested in as I have the 1/2" drive special tool for the 4# flange bolts. The M20 ID is good for me though as I'm making a slide hammer tool to remove the front output bearing complete with the shaft as the bearing is a bit slack and moving circa 0.010" up and down. I think some torch heat may be required also to warm the transfer casing. I'll be doing a total LT230 rebuild sometime soon.

Thanks Over Rover and Best4x4 it's useful info.
