Default Lucky8 Front Bumper Review?

https://lucky8llc.com/collections/di...steel-bumper-1

Has anyone fitted this bumper to their 99-02 d2? I really like how it looks, but didn't find much after searching on here. Found this review by Disco Aaron.
Has anyone else bought this before?

Looks like it has better angles than an ARB, it's not my first choice if buying a bumper but the price is tough to argue with but I'm not a fan of the fitment of the brush guard and the proximity to the lights/hood in the thread you linked. That for me is a deal breaker. I don't care for my ARB but it does it's job and doesn't damage the vehicle/lights if I bump the brush guard on a tight turn.

You used to be able to get it without the hoop and I liked it. Then all I saw is the current one listed. I agree the hoops are to close to the light assemblies.

ARB's have proven themselves over & over again for me. Sure they're not low profile like the TF front bumper so clearance isn't as good, but if a deer runs out in front of an ARB or even a TJM = zero damage to your vehicle. The TF = your hood, lights, grill, efan, and possibly your AC would be damaged.

I have one on my 02’ Disco. It looks cool. I don’t know how strong it is. You can take the hoops off and just run the bumper if you wanted. That’s why it’s so cheap, it’s a modular type bumper. The tubing on the hoops seems a little thin to me. You can’t beat it for the price IMO. I’ve got a smittybilt winch in mine. I pulled the disco up my driveway when I wound the synthetic line on. It held, so I’m happy.
