If you have a set of factory authorized locks, you can go to the dealers parts department and they should have the set of all 20 keys, you can match them to your lock to determine what you have and if you need a new key, they can order it for you.
If you have a non-factory lock, you will need to cut/chissel the old lock off.

Had a good news for my spare wheel: I bought a kit for the spare in UK (www.lrdirect.com) for US$80., ...in Atlantic Br. cost US$50... well, the kit was fine and the locking wheel nut is perfect !
The code is "H" and fits perfectly...
