Here's one. My spare tire has never been removed, now when I went to remove it 2 of the lug nuts came off no problem but the 3rd one hell no. I tried full torque with impact gun I even put a breaker bar with an added 2 foot pipe on the end of it and two of us wrenched on it and still nothing.

Any suggestions.

 

Do you have an actual breaker bar? Like, one of the ~2.5 ft ones? Get one of those and stick another 2.5 ft of pipe on the end of it. Either it will come or you'll break the lug. Maybe spray a hell of a lot of pm blaster all in and around it first and let it soak a while. Oh, and heat works wonders. Got a propane torch you can heat the nut up with?

 

Get a bigger hammer homey....

 

heat it up then use the leverage

 

use a bigger cheater bar.
